MCT begins August 12, 2023 with mindfulness expert, Dr. Kay Colbert, with over 300 hours of mindfulness training from the UC San Diego Medical School and Co-Facilitator/Mindfulness Expert, Sarah Sampson who has shared mindfulness with over 35,000 students and Daniel Sunshine, two decades long mindfulness practitioner and teacher, and co-founder of the Mindfulness Certification Training. Guest trainers include Dr. Christopher Willard, author and Harvard Medical School Professor of Psychology and Mindfulness, and Meena Srinivasan, international educator and thought leader in the field of mindfulness in education.
